• 👴  The Doctor - The central character of both series of Doctor Who.  This is the 12th😷.

• 👴  The TARDIS - The 😷's ⏰ and 🌌 travel vehicle.  TARDIS stands for ⏰ And Relative Dimension(s) In 🌌.  Like a lot of ⏰ Lord technology, it is "bigger on the inside."  The 😷 stole his TARDIS when fleeing Gallifrey.  It is an older model ("Type 40") and unreliable, often ending up in the wrong location and the chameleon circuit - designed to make the TARDIS appear inconspicuous in any surroundings it appears has failed so it always appears as a 👮📞📦 from 1960s England.   It is often implied to have a personality, which was given form in "The 😷's Wife" (Doctor Who (2005) series 6) and previously disliked Clara (who later entered the 😷's ⏰ scar) and refused to visit Tranzelor (which had the 😷's ⏰ scar and also had a future version of the TARDIS).  After initially implying he'd built it ("The Chase" (Doctor Who (1963) season 3),  et al) the 😷 finally admitted to stealing the TARDIS (such "The War Games." (Doctor Who (1963) season 6)).  The 😷 was shown stealing in "Name of the 😷" (Doctor Who (2005) series 7).  The unreliability of the TARDIS is noted when it takes on human form in "The 😷's Wife":

"You didn't always take me where I wanted to go." ~  The 😷.

"No, but I always took you where you needed to go." ~ Idris (The TARDIS). 

"You did!" ~ The 😷.

• 👦 Nardole - River 🎶's assistant in the "The Husbands of River 🎶" (Doctor Who (2005) 2015 Christmas Special)  His head was removed and used by the 🤖 body of the Hydroflax.  When he appeared again in "The Return of  😷 Mysterio" (Doctor Who (2005) 2016 Christmas Special) as the 😷's new companion, Nardole noted:  "You cut me out of Hydroflax because you were worried you'd be lonely."  The previous episode suggests he has a 🤖 body.

• 👴  The Doctor's Age - In Doctor Who (1963), the 😷 claimed a variety of ages up to 953.  The 9th 😷 claimed to be 900 ("Aliens of London" (Doctor Who (2005) series 1) and the 11th 😷 aged from 909 to 1103 in Doctor Who (2005) series 6 (according to his statement in "The Impossible Astronaut" (Doctor Who (2005) series 6).  He stated his age as 1200 in "A Town Called Mercy" (Doctor Who (2005) series 7) but upon meeting a new companion (in "The Bells of St John" (Doctor Who (2005) series 7) rounded down to 1000 age.  He then spends 900 years defending Trenzalor in "⏰ of the 😷" (Doctor Who (2005) 2013 Christmas Special).  He regenerated soon after soon after that the 12th😷 claimed to be 2000 ("Deep Breath" (Doctor Who (2005) series 8)).  He's since spent 24 years one night with River 🎶 ("The Husbands of River 🎶" (Doctor Who (2005) 2015 Christmas Special) and according to university rumours has spent at least 50 or 70 years ("The Pilot" (Doctor Who (2005) series 10)).  His age is probably around 2175 - 2195,  (This doesn't include things like the 4.5 billion years he spent with his age being constantly recent in a confession dial ("Heaven Sent" (Doctor Who (2005) series 9)).

• 👴  Two hearts - The fact that the 😷 had 2💓s was first noted in "Spearhead in 🌌" (Doctor Who (1963) Season 7) the 3rd😷r's ☝ story.  Previously it seemed that the 1st and 2nd 😷 only had 1💓.  Since then it is usually implied that ⏰ Lords always have 2💓s (with early references being retroactively regarded as goofs) although some non-televised sources claim that ⏰ Lords have only a single heart in their ☝ body (or the number changes).  Other non-televised sources state that the 1st😷 and his granddaughter Susan actually had 2💓s.   It has been restated a number of ⏰s since.

• 👴  The secret of human happiness - Sounds similar to the planet Terra Alpha (where there is a ☠ penalty for being 😢) which appeared in "The Happiness Patrol" (Doctor Who (1963) season 25).

• 👦 The Vault - ☝ appeared in the previous episode.  The markings on it appear to be similar to High Gallifreyan.  This is the ☝  ⏰ the oath/promise is explicitly connected to the vault.

• 👦 Fish - The 😷 met the Hath (a humanoid 🐠 species) in "The 😷's Daughter" (Doctor Who (2005) series 4).  The 😷 and River 🎶 frequently discuss known a "Jim the 🐠" although it's not clear in the show if that's just a nickname of if Jim is actually a 🐠 or 🐠oid.  The 😷 has previously eaten 🐠, especially as the 11th😷 (mostly as 🐠 Fingers), even after the Hath and Jim the 🐠, but the 😷's tastes buds have been known to change between regenerations.  2😷s have also been shown to enjoy 🐠ing the 4th ("Androids of Tara" (Doctor Who (1963) season 16)) and the 6th ("The Two 😷s" (Doctor Who (1963) season 22).

• ☝  Emporer made of algae - ☝ mention of this 👑.

• 👴  Psychic powers - The 😷 has demonstrated touch-based psychic powers before, but this is the ☝ ⏰ he's used them on a 💀,

• ☝  United Earth - ☝  appearance of this organisation.

• 👦 Nerfertiti - A real Egyptian queen.  She appeared as part of the 😷's gang in "Dinosaurs on a 🚀" (Doctor Who (2005) series 7).

• ☝  Erehwon - ☝  appearance of this 🚀 which was going nowhere fast, possibly in reverse.

• 👴  A few ships - The 1st😷 story "The Ark" (Doctor Who (1963) season 3) features a generation ship making a 700 year to Refusis II after the 🌏 falls into the ☀in around 10,000,000 BCE (it gets better.)  The 4th😷 story "The Ark in 🌌" (Doctor Who (1963) season 12) featured a 🌌 station (Nerva) being used as a sleeper ship after the 🌏 was hit by solar flares in 6087 BCE.  The 11th😷 story "The Beast Below" (Doctor Who (2005) series 5) featured Starship UK, a 🌌-🐋 powered craft, that was used to flee 🌏 prior to the solar flares in the 29th Century.
